The College Area Business District is excited to announce the inaugural Taste of College Area event on Sunday, September 29th from 11 am to 3 pm. This unique culinary experience will showcase over 25 local establishments, offering a diverse range of flavors from around the world within the vibrant College Area neighborhood.

We invite both residents and visitors to join us in experiencing the dynamic and evolving culinary scene that defines the College Area.”
The Taste of College Area is a curated culinary tour that provides a glimpse into the rich history and culture of the neighborhood. As a hub of innovative dining and community life, the event showcases the investments and developments that have transformed the College Area into a premier culinary destination in San Diego.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of eateries, coffee houses, pubs, and wine bars, including popular spots like Ultreya Coffee and Tea, Woodstock’s Pizza, Ben & Esther’s, Corbin’s Q, and more. This diverse selection of establishments represents the neighborhood’s status as a dynamic culinary hub in San Diego.
To enhance the tasting experience, complimentary Old Town Trolley rides will be provided, encouraging attendees to fully immerse themselves in the bustling energy of the neighborhood. The event will span the College Area and Rolando Neighborhood Commercial Corridor, covering El Cajon Boulevard between 54th Street and 73rd Street and along College Avenue near the SDSU campus.
